Refund Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all paid software subscriptions sold by OptionScout, Inc. ("OptionScout," "we" or "us"), including paid supporter memberships for OptionSellerROI.com. It is part of our Terms of Service.

30-day refund window

You can request a refund within 30 days of any subscription charge, whether it is your first payment or a renewal. Each charge has its own 30-day window.

How your refund is calculated

Your refund is the amount you paid for that charge, minus:

1. a 5% processing fee (5% of the amount paid), and
2. prorated usage: the share of the billing period that has passed, from the charge date to the date we receive your refund request.

Refund = amount paid − (5% × amount paid) − (amount paid × days used ÷ days in the billing period)

If the result is zero or less, no refund is due.

How to request a refund

Email admin@optionsellerroi.com within 30 days of the charge and include:

• the email address on your OptionSellerROI.com account and, if different, the email address you paid with;
• the platform you paid through (for example Patreon) and the date and amount of the charge.

We will confirm the refund amount and aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.

Payments through Patreon or other platforms

If you paid through a third-party platform such as Patreon, we will process your refund through that platform where it allows us to, and the platform's own terms may also apply. If the platform cannot issue the refund, we will work with you to refund you another way.

What happens to your subscription

When a refund is issued, the subscription for that charge ends and supporter features are removed. To stop future charges without a refund, cancel your subscription on the platform you paid through; cancelling stops renewals, and your features continue until the end of the period you have paid for.

Exceptions

We may refuse a refund, or close an account, in cases of fraud, abuse of this policy (such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) or a violation of our Terms of Service. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge, this policy no longer applies to that charge while the dispute is open. Free features of the Service are not covered because nothing is charged for them.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live. If the law gives you a greater right to a refund, we will follow the law.
